If for any reason after you take delivery, you decide  the Quick-Knob is not right for you, just Contact Jim or initiate a refund request with your Amazon account within 30 days. Include a brief explanation and return it ASAP in “like new” condition for a full refund. (Like new condition means an apparently untouched item with no signs of wear.)

 

Refunds on returns after 30 days are subject to a $10.00 return fee. Money Back Guarantee/ Return does not include cost of return shipping.

 

A 100% refund of your purchase price (less a return fee, if applicable) will be issued upon receipt of the return, providing it is in “like new” undamaged condition! 

 

If your return is in “used” condition, you can expect a fair prorated refund amount, including a deduction for the original shipping. (Used condition means a well cared for item that has seen limited use but remains in great condition. The item is complete, unmarked and undamaged, but may show some limited signs of wear.)

1-Year Limited Warranty  

 

If your Quick-Knob becomes defective or is not working properly under normal use, just Contact Jim with a brief explanation and a quick determination will be made on the best plan of action to repair or replace the product. 

 

Images of the defect may be required and a mutual decision between us will be made to repair or replace as quickly as possible with all costs for us to repair and normal shipping covered by Quick-Knob.

 

THIS 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. Quick-Knob LLC warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, Quick-Knob LLC will repair or replace defective parts without charge to you. This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by Quick-Knob LLC.

2. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

3. This warranty covers only normal use of the  Quick-Knob. Quick-Knob LLC shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (a) misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper shipping or installation or (b) disasters such as fire or flood.

4. You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive warranty service.

5. No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished in fulfillment of this warranty.

6. Quick-Knob LLC makes no warranty either express or implied regarding third-party (non-Quick-Knob LLC) products or services. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted.

 

Free Lifetime Strap Replacement

 

Even after the Guarantee and Warranty have expired, free lifetime strap replacement is still available! Just return your Quick-Knob to the return address above with a self-addressed prepaid return postage mailer and a new set of straps will be installed at no charge and mailed to you in the return mailer you have provided!

 

 

ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. Seller represents and warrants that  (1) Seller is conveying good and valid title to all goods, free and clear of all encumbrances, debts, mortgages, attachments, pledges, charges, claims and liens of any kind; and (2) Seller has the right to sell the goods to Buyer.

BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS NOT RELIED ON ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY MADE BY SELLER, OR ANY OTHER PERSON ON SELLER'S BEHALF, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED ABOVE.

 

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HERE, QUICK-KNOB LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, COST, EXPENSE, INCONVENIENCE OR DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GOODS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL QUICK-KNOB LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, COST, EXPENSE, INCONVENIENCE OR DAMAGE EXCEEDING THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
